In second place I request them that they make at least each one a question, because if some make many questions many they will be left without answer, because the time will urge us quickly.

In third place I had thought to make some considerations, but in view of the fact that the time is passing, I prefer to subject them to you, if they want, first to a group explanation more or less on our position justicialista or if they prefer directly to enter to the questions and answers.

Good. That maybe can allow to avoid some questions. The position of the Movement justicialista is simple. There are a lot of people that doesn't still understand it, as well as there are a lot of people that doesn't understand the evolution that the world is carrying out in these days.

It is certain that the current world is influenced by a historical evolution outside of the common thing. We are in a moment of change, in the systems and outlines, so much politicians, as social and economic. It is certain that those stages are fight stages, of discussion and sometimes of fight.

Did the humanity's evolution that began with the isolated man, continue to the family, to the tribe, to the clan, to the primitive state, to the city, to the feudal state, to the nationality, today it has arrived to the continents and if the continents are integrated and do they unite to defend against the serious threat that he/she hangs on the humanity, how we can think that the countries that still subsist must defend in an absolute union and in a permanent collaboration?

I come from Europe, where I have had opportunity to observe perfectly in each country and to converse with their more important men. In Europe he/she is already taking place quickly the phenomenon, like it should be. There are many countries that you/they think of 200 years of history that they can manage Europe that has four thousand.

Those four thousand years of culture, of civilization, of tradition and of history they cannot be bought with any money. For that reason I think that Europe will still be the head of the world for many centuries. And of her we should take example. At this time all the countries

Europeans go toward an integrated democracy where the violent forms or of systematic opposition and negative of the system demo-suck-ral they have disappeared. Today is a lovely thing to contemplate that European countries where the conservatives and the communists are not enemy, they think different and their problems discuss well for the of the country.
