The information, as me sense of the reality, they tell me that in the country something is happening abnormal to what should be the peaceful and serene march of the tranquility.

It leaves of this uneasiness it obeys real causes; it leaves of them, they are caused in the deliberate provocation.

They exist, without a doubt, negative factors that cause consequences to whose causes are to put him remedy; but facts that only obey provoked causes also happen and invoked to the service of a psychological campaign, with ends inconfesables, developed before the indifference of some and the desaprensión of other, but that they cause a state of things that although they have a bastard objective, for that reason they don't stop to harm the popular trust and the firm decision that the country should have in the reconstruction and liberation in that we are determined. We could be coming closer this way to a bloody fight that some senseless ones try to cause, as long as the government makes an effort to avoid it.

DECISIVE HOURS

Personally, I have witnessed that fight closely and I know their effects and their consequences. All speak that strange forces and interiors work to create obstacles to the taken decision, but few they put on to the service in defense of that good cause, and in it ' I don't speak of the opponents but very especially of the own partisans that little makes of cash to assure the pacification and realization of what should be the zeal of the true Argentineans, in the decisive hours that you/they play us to live.

Some, for bad intention, serve to the interference; other, they make it as useful idiots, but many are those that knowingly, or without realizing, they serve to interests that they are not those of the country.

When June 21 of last year I said that it returned to serve clannishly to the Homeland, just as he/she made everything me life, knew clearly that we faced a difficult and dangerous process, but it was also conscious, then, as I am now it, that it could not avoid my responsibility in front of the town that is the only force in which I have always trusted to guide and to drive the destinations of the country.

I never deceived to that town, for who I sit down a beloved affection. That is the feeling and the relationship that have given me forces to continue ahead, amid the daily watchings and ridiculous plots, so much of those who dream of an impossible past as of those that want to hurry the things. I came to the country to unite and it doesn't stop to foment the disunion among the Argentineans. I came to the country to throw a process of national liberation and it doesn't stop to consolidate the dependence. I came to the country to offer security to our fellow citizens and to throw a revolution in peace and harmony and it doesn't stop to allow that they live fearful who are pawned in the great task of building the common destination. I came to help to reconstruct the Argentinean man, destroyed by long years of political, economic and social subjection.

But there are small sects, perfectly identified, with those that we were tolerant until the moment that determine to obstruct our process; they are those that are sabotaging our independence and our independent foreign policy; they are who try to tunnel the bases of social agreement, wrought to throw the National Reconstruction. They are those same ones that want that we turn off the motors again. They are also those that, malintencionadamente, interpreted my messages or they feigned to make it to interfere the unit then for the reconstruction with a supposed one and indulgence towards the enemies of this process.

The unit that we proposed had ends very different to those that suppose those meanness. It was to sum up the national liberation and he/she doesn't stop to give anger to the enemies of our homeland.

That unit was and it is so that the town can make its will without obstacles, and not so that permanently the plays should be drawn of those who try to impede the concretion of the desires of the big national majorities.

For it, I believe that it has been time to meditate about what is passing in the country and to purify of overgrowths this process because, otherwise, very unfortunate hours they can be expected for the future of the Republic.

THE SOCIAL PACT

As you they know, we propitiate that the agreement among workers, the managers and the State, serve as base for our Government's economic and social politics. We made it with the conviction that it is the best road to achieve, with the contribution of all, to take out the country ahead.

All those that signed in two opportunities that agreement, also knew that they will give a part of their pretenses, as contribution to the process of the national liberation. However, to few months of assuming that key commitment for the country, it seemed that some signatories of the Great Paritaria are determined not to fulfill the agreement, and they want to crawl to the group to that he/she makes the same thing.

I qualify those who are in that position, as irresponsible minorities and I accuse them of sabotaging the National Reconstruction. It doesn't escape to my Perception the existence of irregularities, to those that we will try to put him I remedy as soon as possible.

In front of those irresponsible ones, be managers or union, I believe that it is my duty to not only request to the town it identifies them clearly, but also that it punishes them like all the enemies of the national liberation deserve.

ACCUSATIONS BEFORE GOVERNMENT'S SECRETARY

For our part, I want that one has the fullest certainty that the official officials that have violated the agreement, will have their sanction. To this respect, I request all the citizens that denounce before the Secretary of Government of the Rosy House, all irregularity that you/they know in the government organs.

Neither it is our desire that the alive ones always take out slice of the sacrifice of the other ones. Those that have violated the salary norms and of prices, as those that demand more than what the process allows, they will have to be taken charge of its acts.

Ami trial who you/they induce to the disorder, is promoting the counterrevolution, and I am convinced that the town will combat them, as always he/she makes with its enemies. I know positively that some real problems exist. How to avoid them, when we are changing the structures of the dependence drastically, mounted by the employees of the colonial powers? But I am convinced that those problems have little to do with those that the saboteurs of the process invent.

Those that have been in this work for many years, we know clearly that a 80 or 90 percent of the things that one is saying somewhere around, they are invented by the professionals of the psychological action.

Some daily oligarches are insisting, for example, with the problem of the shortage and the black market. Whenever the economy is growing and they improve the revenues of the town - like it happens since we took ourselves charge of power - there is shortage of products and the black market appears. What will subsist until the production puts on to tone with the increase of the demand.

SPECULATORS

On the other hand, the government has fixed the prices, but when you gets paid more than the fixed prices, the one that buys should be the one in charge of making them complete, since the government cannot be taking care of the pocket of the fools that you/they make the game to the speculators.

It is not necessary to forget that the enemies are worried by our conquests, not for our problems. They realize that we have nationalized the basic springs of the economy and that we will continue in that task without phobia, but until not leaving any decisive engagement in foreign hands.

In government's year, they notice that the town knows, without going to the recipes of misery and dependence that we improve the real wage of the workers, we lower the unemployment drastically and we increase the reservations of the country.

THE ONLY SUCCESSOR DE PERON

Those minority sects have arrived to the hysteria, and they want us to be contagious to prevent that this process of change continues advancing. If this happens in the economic thing, he/she doesn't stop to be supplemented in the political-social thing; it would not be a lot to advance in the self-criticism if we said that, in many parts, the men of our own movement, in the government function, have the serious flaw of their confrontations, sometimes caused by bastards personal interests and others for incomprehensible sectarismos. To everything he/she sinks it the fever of the succession, of those that don't understand that the only successor of Perón will be the Argentinean town that, in last analysis, it will be who should decide.

THE TELEVISION

The matter of television has rushed to the street, when a study commission already worked in the one that should participate the State, its legislators, the unions of this specialty and other organs interested in the best solution.

Their concessions have conquered two months ago, as well as it has conquered the term agreed to that Commission.

However, the Executive Power that is who should decide, has maintained a wise behavior that, far from waking up uneasiness, it has served so that the advertising organs, to the service of other you interest that are not those of country, they threw the most incomprehensible versions.

THE UNIVERSITY

It could continue mentioning numerous questions that they become agitated arbitrarily with ends of political-social interference, but I know that the Argentinean town is the sufficiently penetrating thing as to know how to figure out the truth.

When I accepted to govern, I made it thinking in that it could be useful to the country, although it implied me to it a great personal sacrifice. But if I end up perceiving the smallest indication that makes useless that sacrifice, I won't hesitate an instant in leaving this place to who you/they can fill it with better probabilities. With this I make a call to all those that yearn the peace and the tranquility, like to those that committed their responsibility when choosing he/she stops to preside over the Government. Nobody then could be called to deceit on what I wanted, because in numerous opportunities I came announcing my intentions and desires in public acts in the homeland, like in communications from the exile that you/they also had public state. If they chose me, I imagine that they supported them and coparticipaban, as consequence, in the responsibility of carrying out it. Without the massive support of those that chose me and the indulgence of those that didn't make it, but then they evidenced a great understanding and sense of responsibility, not only not, I want to continue governing, but rather I am in favor that they make it those that can make it better.

A psychological campaign of the negative elements of the nationality, allies to the strange action determined to annul the Argentinean take off, he/she cannot be successful if the very deliberate non defeccionan and they support effective and dynamically to the government in their realizations.

SUPPORT

This support should not be pretoriano, but intelligent and frank, supporting the good thing and pointing out the bad thing before who you/they can remedy it, but not adding the own gossip or the interference to those that develop it in groups that well know in what you/they are.

The days already passed of exclaiming the life for Perón", moments in that it is indispensable to demonstrate in sincere facts and fehacientes that we are willing to serve to the objective common of all the Argentineans, carried out in peace with a honest and permanent work live, at the same time that neutralizing the action of the enemies of the homeland, of out or of inside, determined to impede their reconstruction and their liberation

SABOTAGE OF PYGMY

It hurts in the soul and in the Argentinean heart, to have to contemplate a sabotage of Pygmy that you/they have not ended up understanding that our international politics's undeniable successes that it is filling us with advantages and of prestige in the external world, it is part of a national patrimony that only a traitor to the homeland can combat, any is the causes that impel it.

All is making for the interests, the honor and the prestige of the Republic before all the countries of the world, it depends, largely, of the massive support of our town. For that reason, each one that shares the restlessness and ends that we pursue, cannot be a silent witness of the events, but an active and diligent main character in the defense of the interests common of the Argentineans. Only the qualified towns with a high index of political culture, they can end up being authors of their own destination.

We are fighting to overcome what you/they have left us in the Republic and, in this fight, it should not lack a single Argentinean that has the very temperate heart.

We know that we have enemies that have begun to show their fingernails. But, we also know that we have to our side to the town, and when this decides to the fight, it is usually invincible.

Today is visible, in this fight circumstance that we have to our side to the town, and we don't defend neither we will never defend, another cause that it is not the cause of the town.

I know that there are many that want to stray in an or in another address, but we know our objectives perfectly well and we will go directly to them, without influencing us neither for those that throw from the right neither for those that throw from the left.

The Government of the Town is meek and it is tolerant, but our enemies should know that neither are silly.

While we don't rest to complete the mission that we have and to respond to that responsibility that the town has put on our shoulders, there are many that seek to manage us with the deceit and with the violence; us, in front of the deceit and in front of the violence, we will impose the truth that is worth much more than that. We don't want that nobody fears us; we want, on the other hand that understand us. When the town has the persuasion of its destination, there is not anything to fear. Neither the truth, neither the deceit, neither the violence, neither any other circumstance, will be able to influence to this town in a negative sense, I neither eat he/she will be able to influence us so that we change an address that, we know, it is the address of the Homeland.

We know that in this action we will have to face to the bitchy ones and those taken advantage. Neither those that seek to stray, neither the speculators, neither those taken advantage of of all order, they will be able to, in these circumstances, to thrive with the misfortune of the town.

We know that in the march that we have undertaken we will trip with many bandits that will want to stop, but with the organized competition of town nobody can stop anybody.

For that reason desire to take advantage of this opportunity to request to each one of you that becomes a vigilant observer of all these facts that you/they want to be caused and act of agreement with the circumstances.

Each one of us should be a realizador, but it must also be a preacher and an agent of surveillance and control to be able to carry out the task, and to neutralize the negative thing that they have the sectors that you/they have not still understood and that they will have to understand.
